Education and professional experience: Lennart holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunication from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. Over the last 25 years he has had several leadership positions within the banking industry such as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Retail Banking at Nordea and Nordic CEO for GE Capital Global Banking AB. Lennart was also previously chairman of the board of directors of Careium Group AB, Doro Group AB and Qliro AB.

Other significant appointments: Lennart is currently the chairman of the board of directors of SEK (Svensk Exportkredit AB) and Playground Group AB and a board member of Swedbank Robur AB and Oryx Holding AB. Lennart is also CEO, founder and board member of Invesi Investment AB.

Education and professional experience: Håkan Berg holds a Master of Laws degree from Uppsala University. Håkan has previously served as chairman of the board of directors of Lexly AB and Transcendent Group AB, as well as non-executive director of Lendify AB. 30 years within Swedbank in leading roles.

Other significant appointments: Håkan is currently founder and chairman of the board of directors of Montaro AB. Håkan also serves as non-executive director of SEK (Svensk Exportkredit AB), AK Nordic AB and ICA Banken AB. Additionally, he is chairman of the board of directors of Zoningpartners North AB.

Education and professional experience: Holds a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. Johanna has more than 30 years of experience within the financial sector, as CFO at Bluestep Bank and SBAB, and Treasurer at Nordax and Svensk Exportkredit. More than 15 years of experience as board member in financial companies, including Spiltan Fonder, Captor Investment Management and Frispar Bolån.

Other significant appointments: Johanna is currently chairman of the Board of directors of Svensk Värdepappersservice i Stockholm AB, as well as Board member of Primrose Partners AB and Stabelo Fund 1 AB (publ) and CFO at Stabelo Group AB.

Education and professional experience: Martin Iacoponi holds a MA degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Martin is currently a managing director at CVC having joined in 2015 and has previously worked at Credit Suisse for three years, where he was a member of the Financial Institutions group in London.

Other significant appointments: Martin is board member of Dale Underwriting Partners, Riverstone International and Domestic & General. Martin is also a board member of Ronneby.

Name: Steve Krieger

Born: 1982

Education and professional experience: Steve Krieger holds a MSc in Management and Finance from HEC Paris and is currently an Operating Director at CVC, where he focuses on the firm’s private equity investments in the financial services industry. He co-founded mobile payments fintech Payleven, led the Strategy department at the Pictet Group, and held senior executive roles at Alter Domus, after having started his career at McKinsey & Company.

Education and professional experience: Gustaf Martin-Löf is a graduate of the European Business School, London. Gustaf is currently partner at CVC and is head of the CVC Stockholm Office and joined CVC in 2006. Gustaf has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services department for five years where he was dedicated to the Nordic private equity team.
