Regulatory

The Nomination Committee of Resurs Holding AB has resolved to propose to the annual general meeting 2017 that the board of directors shall consist of eight directors, which means a reduction by one director since David Samuelson has declined re-election. The Nomination Committee’s proposal means that the other current directors are re-elected.

The proposal thus entails a board of directors consisting of the directors Jan Samuelson, Martin Bengtsson, Mariana Burenstam Linder, Fredrik Carlsson, Anders Dahlvig, Christian Frick, Lars Nordstrand and Marita Odélius Engström.

The Nomination Committee proposes that Jan Samuelson is re-elected as chairman of the board of directors.

The nomination committee’s other proposals will be presented in the notice to attend the annual general meeting.

The annual general meeting will be held on Friday 28 April 2017 in Helsingborg.
